Are you feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or stuck in your daily routine?
In today's fast-paced world, many of us carry stress, anxiety, loneliness and the emotional demands of daily life — and forget to make time to simply enjoy being alive.
This 2-hour workshop is a joyful, hands-on sensory experience designed to support your mental and emotional well-being. Through floral design, you'll reconnect with nature, awaken your creativity and enjoy the present moment while creating your own beautiful flower arrangement.
How it works
The experience unfolds in 3 creative stages
1
Inspiration & Awareness
We open with conscious breathing and an intention, the 5 rules of the workshop, and a short talk on stress and how creativity helps you manage it.
2
Creative Exploration
Guided step by step, you'll design your own floral arrangement surrounded by inspiring music and relaxing aromas. No experience needed.
3
Connection & Celebration
We close with a heartfelt integration experience: gratitude, a special written message, sharing, and celebrating together with a group photo.
